We extract the oil from jasmine flowers harvested in India, where jasmine plants bloom reliably and consistently, despite producing only a few delicate flowers over a few days or weeks. Jasmine flowers are white, grow on climbing vines, and bloom only at night. They are considered sacred in India. The flowers are hand-picked at night to maximize their floral potency.
